While in a raid:
When we are raiding as a guild we ask you that you show up to the raid 15 mins in advance so we can start the invites. Also start heading to the location of the raid. Late comers may not get an invite to a raid. If we are raiding BH we ask that you can be online between 19:00 - 21:00 game time as we are never 100% sure when the raid will start, it depends on if we win the battle or not. In our raid we ask that you come fully repaired, with extra cash for possible wipes during the raid.
We ask that when you show up, your gear is fully enchanted and fully gemmed with the correct enchant and gems for your spec. We ask that you read up couple hours before on the bosses that we have planned on downing so you roughly understand the fight before hand and dont show up completely confused about the fight. It is a must that you show up to the raid with flask, potions and food buff for your correct class to help you get full benefit out of your toon.
Loot Rules:
Our looting system is /roll function and highest rolls win. When an item is dropped it is main spec before off spec, if no one requires the items for main spec or off spec then it is nuked. The first item that is dropped in a raid that is bind when equiped goes to the guild bank, after that its main spec before off spec on BOE items if no one requires it then itll be raid rolled. All BOE items that are won must be equiped during the raid. PVP loot are rolled if you need it, there are no main or off spec rolls for pvp items.
Main spec rolling is the spec that you turn up to the raid with. Their a lot of issues with loot and what people should roll on. If an 1 handed weapon drops a Tank may roll on it, as well as a Frost dk with 3 talents point in Nerves Of Cold Steel and a Fury Warrior with 1 talent point in Single-Minded then they may roll on it if they show up to the raid with that in there spec.
Items with spirit goes to healers as a main spec because they are the only spec that spirit helps there mana regain while in combat. Druid may also roll on items with spirit if they have 2 talent points in Balance of Power as this converts spirit into hit rating which they need.
Items with hit rating go to DPS as a main spec because hit rating helps the dps to miss less.
Trinkets with stamina is a tanking item so should only be looted by tanks, Strengh trinkets go to melee dps (Fury/Arms Warriors, Frosty/Unholy DKs, Retri Paladins), Agility trinkets go between range and melee dps (Enhansment Shammy, Hunter all specs, Rogue all specs and Feral Druid), Intellect trinket can be used by range casters (Priest all specs, Boomkin Druid, Mage all specs, Warlock all specs, Holy paladin, Restro/Elemental Shammys). |
